This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which:

(a) You are allowed to return purchased goods, contingent upon a valid reason;

(b) A refund may be granted for purchased goods, subject to specific conditions;

(c) You may cancel orders for goods within a designated timeframe.

It's important to note that while the company strives to facilitate returns, refunds, and cancellations on the website, certain restrictions are in place to fulfill business, legal, and contractual obligations. The policies for return, refund, or cancellation may vary between brands, and specific guidelines for each product will dictate the terms and conditions (referred to as the "Guidelines"). In such cases, the Guidelines take precedence over this Policy, and it's crucial to familiarize yourself with them when making a purchase on the website.

What can be returned and when?

(a) You received a faulty or defective product (e.g., damaged or leaked attar bottle, non-working electric defuser machine).

(b) You received a product that differs from your order.

(c) You received a product that looks different from its actual appearance.

(d) If the delivered product does not match the size you ordered (size issues).

(e) If you are not satisfied with the received Maliha Perfume range of attar.

Note: For any faulty delivery complaint requiring a return or refund (e.g., stolen product, damaged product, empty package), you must provide an unboxing video for your query to be addressed by our customer care. Without a video, no complaint will be entertained.

What products cannot be returned?

(a) Items that have been used, worn, washed, or soiled.

(b) Branded items with a broken seal, unless compensation is provided.

(c) Consumable products with a broken seal, unless compensation is provided (e.g., Imported Products and Beard massage oil).

(d) Bulky items like attars, perfumes, essential oil, and leather products.

(e) Products ordered during sales or discounts.

Conditions for returning products

(a) Products must be returned in their original condition with any bills, tags, labels, etc.

(b) Products must be in their original and unsoiled form.

(c) Brand packaging should be intact.

(d) Replacement of a product is subject to its availability on the website at that time.

Refund Eligibility

To raise a dispute, please contact us on WhatsApp at +918200957742. Your message must include the name/image of the product, the order ID, and a detailed description of the nature of the concern. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the product. Disputes registered after 3 days will be addressed by the Maliha Perfume team, and the product must be sent back within 7 days.

Cancellation policy

(a) Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours.

(b) If you want to cancel an undispached product, you must inform us.
